Q: Why Argentine Leather?

A: Argentina is known for its Tango, wine and leather. The country produces some of the highest quality top grain leather in the world and is reknowned for its history of craftsmen and women and design in the global fashion industry. ShopPurse allows our customers access to a quality of leather usually found in Europe, but at accessible prices. We stand by Argentine leather products for their durability and keen sense of style.

Q: When will my handbag arrive?

A: Our handbags usually arrive within 5-7 business days of your order. We use USPS for shipping within the continental United States.

Q: Can I return my handbag if I am not happy with it?

A: If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a:
• Store Credit: a full product value, minus the shipping will be credited to your ShopPurse account. Store credit does not expire and can be used any time for any purchase at our store. Please see our policies for more information.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

Q: How do I know it is top grain leather?

A: 1) Zoom in: If the leather looks like it was made from a cookie cutter (i.e., there are no irregularities or the grain looks exactly the same throughout) it is not top or full grain. This is not necessarily bad, but the price should match the quality.

2) Find an online seller that gives you more information about the leather product. Where was it made? What type of leather is it?

3) Leather is difficult to buy without seeing and feeling. Take a chance if you have been given enough information or call the company directly and ask them about the indicators mentioned above. If they can’t answer these questions, they don’t know much about the product they are selling. Also, if they have a return policy this is assurance that they stand by their product.
