Q: When will my handbag arrive?

Our handbags usually arrive within 5-7 business days of your order. We use USPS for shipping within the continental United States.
Q: Can I return my handbag if I am not happy with it?

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a:

Q: How do I know it is top grain leather?
A:
1) Zoom in: If the leather looks like it was made from a cookie cutter (i.e., there are no irregularities or the grain looks exactly the same throughout) it is not top or full grain. This is not necessarily bad, but the price should match the quality.
2) Find an online seller that gives you more information about the leather product. Where was it made? What type of leather is it?
3) Leather is difficult to buy without seeing and feeling. Take a chance if you have been given enough information or call the company directly and ask them about the indicators mentioned above. If they can’t answer these questions, they don’t know much about the product they are selling. Also, if they have a return policy this is assurance that they stand by their product.
